1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RA MA TV, RA MA Institute, or any affiliated sites, programs, or services (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via email or posted notice.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
The Service is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
3. Registration & Account Security
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update your details as needed. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Program Enrollment & Waiver
4.1 Health Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability
Yoga and related activities involve physical exertion and risk of injury. Consult a physician before participating. You acknowledge and accept these risks and release RA MA Media LLC, RA MA TV, RA MA Institute, Good Lady of Victory Inc., their agents, employees, and affiliates from all liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation.
4.2 Medical Release
You authorize program staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary and assume all associated costs and risks.
4.3 Statement of Well-Being
You confirm you are physically, psychologically, and emotionally fit to participate and that program activities are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
4.4 Insurance & Personal Property
You are responsible for your own health insurance and personal property during all programs and travel.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All information shared by participants or staff is confidential and may not be disclosed to others or posted online without explicit consent, except where required to protect safety. Breaches may result in removal from programs and legal action.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All materials on the Service (videos, text, images, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by RA MA Media LLC or licensors. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.
By posting content, you grant RA MA Media LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
- Harass or harm others
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Circumvent security features
- Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
8. Membership, Billing & Automatic Renewals
- Memberships are billed monthly or as otherwise specified and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- RA MA TV will notify you of price changes at least 10 days in advance.
- Excessive or fraudulent use of accounts (including sharing logins) may result in termination without refund.
9. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
- Programs/Retreats: Immense Grace, Aquarian Woman’s Leadership Society, The Graces, Camp Grace, and similar programs are non-refundable.
- Prepaid/Retreats/Yatras: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase (minus $25 fee); after 48 hours, non-refundable.
- Workshops: Refundable up to 7 days before event; transferable or for credit up to 48 hours before; no refunds within 48 hours.
- Classes/Passes: Valid for 6 months, non-refundable, not transferable between locations.
- Merchandise: Unworn/unused items returnable within 14 days; jewelry is non-refundable.

10. Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +1 (855) 402-4529 or using the unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it for details on data collection, use, and your rights.
12. International Use & Consumer Rights
We serve a global audience. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct.
EU/UK Residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You may have the right to withdraw from certain online contracts within 14 days of purchase.
13. Force Majeure
RA MA Media LLC is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or internet outages).
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RA MA Media LLC, its affiliates, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RA MA Media LLC, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
17. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. If you are a resident of another jurisdiction with specific consumer rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
18. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, agreements, and disclosures.
19. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. RA MA Media LLC may assign these Terms at its discretion.
20. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.
