This class begins with a Kundalini Yoga set to support the kidneys – helping stabilize your energy, clear fear and depletion, and restore a deeper sense of inner strength. From there, you’ll move into a meditation series designed to activate the central nervous system and stimulate the pituitary gland, sharpening intuition, balancing the system, and building resilience from the inside out.
We close with a powerful meditation to call on your inner reserve of energy – awakening the part of you that can heal, regenerate, and elevate yourself beyond old limits. A piece of fruit is required for the mudra, so please come prepared with fruit to practice with. Leave feeling steadier, clearer, and recharged at your core.
