In this session, we journey inward to harmonize the mind, calm the body, and awaken a deeper connection to the Earth beneath us.We begin with a gentle pranayama to center the breath and settle the nervous system—creating space within to receive. From this stillness, we move into the meditation: Call on the Spirit of Mother Earth. Rooted in gratitude for the island’s beauty—its waters, winds, and vibrant life—we invite the Earth’s spirit to support, nourish, and ground us. As we tune in, we remember how deeply held we truly are, and how nature mirrors the peace we seek within. To complete the practice, we surrender to the healing vibrations of the gong. Its sound carries us into deep rest, clearing mental noise and aligning the subtle body with a more peaceful, elevated frequency.
