The Breath Of Life

The human body is sustained by more than food and water – it is animated by prana, the vital life-force that flows through us with every breath. In yogic wisdom, this prana moves in five primary currents called vayus, each directing energy in a specific way to maintain health, vitality, and mental clarity. These vayus – Prana, Apana, Udana, Samana, and Vyana – govern everything from breathing and circulation to digestion, elimination, and even our capacity to think clearly and connect spiritually.

By the end of this practice, you will not only understand the theory of the vayus but also feel their flow within you – clear, balanced, and alive.
We close with a Lotus Mudra meditation to integrate the practice and connect, through the breath, with the wisdom of the universe.
